Which scene is considered the most difficult to watch in each of Quentin Tarantino's movies?

2- True Romance — Alabama and James Gandolfini try to kill each other in a motel. They throw each other into furniture. He throws her into a glass shower door. Then she sends hairspray into his eyes and smashes a toilet lid over his head faaaaack. Christian Slater sees her again and she can barely walk or form a sentence, every syllable has blood bubbling with it. And after he gets her cleaned up, Michael Rappaport is given the explanation from Clarence that she got busted up playing basketball, which Clarence just uses because he thinks it’s the blanket explanation when you don’t feel like getting into it. Little does his damn ass know he used the classic excuse given when a man hits his wife. Rappaport is just staring back at Clarence disgusted. Because he knows it too.

9- Death Proof — The first crash where Sydney Poitier’s leg when flying off.

4- Four Rooms — A dead hooker is in a bed in one of the four stories and she sort of looks at us, and then Tim Roth pukes. One of the witches in the first story procures…but swallows sperm she was counted on to use in a spell…what are they gonna do?!!! You stupid bitch, we need sperm! Suddenly…they hear whistling. Way down the hall outside, Tim Roth the bellhop just whistles and wipes a window.

What is a good habit and what is bad one?

1-Reservoir Dogs — The ear-cutting scene. I thought that was cool how Tim Roth was so scared to go out there into that car and begin his Mr. Orange day, he had a pep talk with himself in the mirror that he wasn’t gonna get hurt. And we already know he gets hurt worse than anyone.

7- Kill Bill Volume 1 — The ax hitting the guy’s forehead

3- Pulp Fiction — Marsellus’s rape is mine, but oddly enough — it’s not when Travolta finds Uma all fucked up that bothered America…it was when the adrenaline shot went into her. She looked like she had been pulled out of the river before suddenly Uma’s huge anime eyeballs BURST OPEN and she JOLTS to her feet the wrong way, so like a zombie she falls into the chair and sits back on her ass. This was the part that nobody has forgotten. Crazy Eyes on Orange is the New Black brings it up when she and Taystee find Brook overdosed on cough tablets in the shower. Taystee’s like “This isn’t Pulp Fiction”

Hi everybody! I have been looking at posts on narcs and narc abuse on here and if has really helped me out a lot. I am currently struggling with my situation and need some advice/support. I met a narc last year, everything seemed to good to be true. Love bombing, always texting calling and taking me on dates. Everything changed when someone warned me about him out in public in front of him and who he is. This caused a conflict with us and the love bombing seized. he would tell me that everything is okay and i can come and talk. He would set a time limit on me and kick me out after that. he would then text me like everything was fine and we hung out again and after that he completely ghosted me for one week. He came back and texted me a week later laughing about the ghosting and acting like nothing had happened. he continued to text me ( not like in the beginning) make plans with me, then on the day of the plans he would just ghost me. One day he would act interested the next silence. i contacted him a month later and he acted like nothing happened. He was on a vacation and sent me a picture of another woman ( someone he allegedly met on the trip) to strike a reaction but i never gave him one. After the trip he came to my place and was extremely rude, accusing me of going on dates with a bunch of men. The next day he accused me of being an alcoholic and that he wanted nothing to do with me but said well maybe we can be "friends" then ghosted me i assumed at this point it was over and i would never hear from him again. He contacted me on the holiday a month later acting like everything was great. We ended up hanging out a month or so later and when we hung out it went well, i thought things were going in the right direction. after we hung out.. silence. I would try to text him and if he replied it would be very short then he just stopped replying. He ghosted me for almost three months. I thought he was done this time and of course he popped up again like nothing happened. At this point i was getting sick of if so i questioned him as to why he dissapeared and always does this. Of course he had some sob story about a injury and family member dying of cancer. I felt pity for him and he gave me an apology.. so i took him back stupidly. things seemed to be going smooth for a couple months, of course until his family member died and his injury got better he never contacted me and was distant. Menawhile, i was there for him during the difficult time for him. He lied to me about the funeral and never wanted to chat. I was chasing him and he would always claim nothing was wrong but when i said i thought he used me when he was down he could not handle it and would always tell me he didnt care and to go away. I would get so upset i would try texting him to work it out he would barelt respond and if he did he would not be nice about it. we did hang out a couple times after that, he would ignore me after. One day i was like hey i think you are seeing someone else, and i was like well ixam seeing someone so no problem if you are he said " buy bye good luck with your new guy stop contacting me" i was devastated and tried to get into contact with him for weeks then i just gave up and accepted it was over. He ended up contacting me a month later acting like everything was fine. He wanted to go out and have drinks i told him i would. He and i both seemed to have a great time. He ends up ignoring me again. I kept texting him trying to figure out what was wrong. He kept saying everything was fine and i said ok can we hang out again? He said maybe i was like why? He just kept saying maybe … our last conversation we had… i said what is wrong ? He said nothing is wrong everything is fine. I asked him why he keeps saying maybe. He said " maybe but i dont want to see you right now" i said why? He saix " im just not feeling it, if i wanted to date i would" i said why did you contact me less then a week ago wanting to go out? He said i didnt.. even though he did. So i said should i just move on or what? He said whatever you want to do. So i said that he was really confusing me and asked him if he had anything more to say before i move on? My messages were turning green so i panicked he blocked me and reacted irrationally. I said " omg did you block me? My messages are not going through. Even texted him on my work phone asking what was up. And called him twice ( please dont judge me i know it is pathetic i never was this type of girl before him) so he replied and said " Ok I'll block you now" then immedietly blocked me. He has never blocked me before since I have met him he will just ghost. Is this ths final discard aka " grand finale? Did i just push him too far? this has upset me so much its hard to even function.

12- Hateful Eight — Sam Jackson told a guy he forced his dad to perform a sexual favor on him because he was a surrendered Confederate assassin he had been looking for for a particularly long time. But also, people get shot in the dick in this movie. It’s a lot of fun until then. After you hate it in your head because it’s not as good as the others, you realize…you finished this movie. You got right to the end. In one sitting. Unlike many.

8- Kill Bill Volume 2 — When Uma crushed Ellie Driver’s eye after it was on the rug

11- Django Unchained — When Don Johnson showed us — through dialogue — how a free black was treated in the antebellum south — like he was a child with special needs. It was more disturbing than the one many critics talked about…Leo Di Caprio’s skull scene.

How has your life changed since starting college?

10-Inglorious Basterds — The Bear Jew clubbing the guy was a nice scene but disturbing nonetheless, they showed him kind of flickering midway through his beating, like an earwig on the staircase you only get the bottom of. Moving on.

6- Jackie Brown — Disturbing scene? See the problem is by now, as with everyone outside of the ear and Uma’s overdose were really never disturbing because they weren’t hits like that, where they were parodied. So I suppose we got…the part where Beaumont is shot. Sam Jackson is a perfectly normal friend who’s a bit assertive but only needs a favor…until Beaumont gets in the trunk. Now that he has Beaumont where he wants him, there’s no more niceties, no more hand walking and promises of ice cream and waffles. Hell no. Sam Jackson violently SLAMS the trunk door over his head. He goes to his car…turns on “Hello My Love/I Got a Kiss From You/…duh-duh-duh-duh-duuh—Hello my—” And then he parks the car. Turns it off. Gets out, walks over to the trunk with his gloves on and a pistol. Opens the door to Beaumont immediately screaming at him—”EVER DO A NIGGA A FAVOR—(BOOM!!! BOOM!!!) And it begins with Sam Jackson bailing Beaumont out of jail. So when he then is bailing out Jackie, we see a whole 20 minutes coming up where we know what COULD happen…

5- From Dusk Til Dawn — I suppose it’s when they get to the Titty Twister and Cheech Martin is going HEY HEY COME ON IN WE GOT FAT PUSSY SKINNY PUSSY LITTLE PUSSY BIG PUSSY—but I remember when George Clooney talks about Harvey Keitel’s daughter right to his face as he drives and how much Keitel wanted to kill him. When he first shows up though it’s funny, Clooney sees Keitel there with the boy and goes “What you two a couple of f—gs?” And Keitel looks up at him in silence and then says…”He’s my son”

13- Once Upon A Time In Hollywood — The visit to Spahn’s Ranch has every kind of unpleasant sight and sound you could imagine. See it in a drive-in in the middle of the summer, and you’ll swear you can smell the ranch when the scene comes up. There’s rats. Everywhere.
